The position
As Talent Management Specialist, you play a key role in turning talent and performance processes into something that truly works in everyday practice. You act as a natural bridge between ISS Group Talent and the Danish Talent team, translating our global processes into our local context.
Through close collaboration with key stakeholders, you help make talent more visible and accessible for leaders, supporting thoughtful and well‑informed decisions. Your work contributes to a consistent and meaningful way of working with talent and performance at senior leadership level in ISS Denmark.
You will work closely with HR colleagues, senior leaders, and global teams to coordinate and continuously improve our core talent processes — always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and creating real value for both leaders and the business.
In addition, your responsibilities will include, among others:
-
Own and drive the annual talent, succession, and performance management processes for senior leadership in Denmark
-
Act as the primary point of contact between Group Talent and the Danish organization, ensuring strong alignment, communication, and coordination
-
Support and embed key Group Talent initiatives in the business, including programs such as internal Leadership programs and our Global Graduate program
-
Prepare and support senior-level people reviews by providing clear insights, analyses, and decision-support materials for leaders
-
Manage talent and performance reporting, dashboards, and data submissions, with a strong focus on data quality, compliance, and timely delivery
-
Collaborate closely with HR Managers and HR colleagues to support annual people cycles and continuously improve talent and performance processes
You will join a collaborative and committed Talent team, passionate about attracting the right candidates and creating people processes that enable strong leadership and real business impact. Through close partnerships with multiple stakeholders, we work together to ensure alignment, quality, and a shared approach across the organization.
The role is based at our Danish headquarters in Søborg. We offer flexible working hours and location, but value regular time in the office, as collaboration and teamwork are central to how we work.
As of 1 October 2026, we will move from our current offices in Søborg to brand‑new, modern facilities in Lygtehusene on Fyrbødervej in Copenhagen NV.
About you
As our Talent Management Specialist, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:
