We are looking for a General Project Manager with a strong flair for space planning, drawing and project management to join our ISS Capital Projects team.
Generalist with Project Management experience
As a General Project Manager in the ISS Capital Projects team, you will be part of a highly qualified team that supports the client’s needs in delivering a wide range of FM projects, from minor refurbishment tasks to larger site consolidations. In collaboration with the client, your colleagues in the team, and Technical Managers from our Property department, you will be responsible for delivering FM projects of varying size and complexities, including:
- Initial dialogue with stakeholders and definition of project scope
- Plan and optimise office space based on capacity analyses and workplace requirements
- Maintain and update layout plans and as-built drawings
- Liaison with authorities and submission of regulatory applications
- Close collaboration with external consultants and suppliers
- Managing tenders and quotations as well as contract award
- Leadership and coordination of project deliverables and requirements
- Support and coordinate move projects, office refurbishments and workplace changes
- Follow-up on progress and finances, including ongoing reporting in systems
- Project handover and collection of documentation for the completed result
- Develop and maintain space management processes, standards and workplace guidance

The role requires both theoretical and practical experience, along with knowledge of Facility Management. Experience in delivering building services projects and familiarity with BR18 are considered advantages. You hold a relevant educational background, for example as an architectural technologist, construction manager, civil engineer or workplace/building designer and can combine technical building insight with financial understanding. Delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget is critical to our success, and you will play a key role in contract development in close collaboration with the client.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
You communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues from non-technical backgrounds and can effectively navigate across all organizational levels, internally and externally. You are capable of handling complex challenges and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Strong IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Revit, SAP, and Facility Management systems.
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and analytical. You understand client needs from a holistic perspective and are able to plan and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. You are a team player and an effective communicator, fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and you bring a positive mindset and sense of humor.

Refurbishment, space management, and FM projects are a growing business area within ISS. With your knowledge, experience, and commitment, you will have influence and be involved in further development, and because we are an organization in constant evolution, there will be strong career opportunities at ISS.
You will become part of a nationwide team of skilled and highly qualified colleagues working across a broad range of Facility Management projects that have a visible and direct impact for our client. You will report to the Team Lead of ISS Capital Projects.
