Work Place Experience Manager








This Experience Manager (XM) is responsible for supporting the campus curated experience strategy set by the Facilities Manager, executing a variety of events (e.g. service celebrations, concerts, wellness events, multi-cultural events, recognition programs, and more).


The XM will lead, inspire, and develop a highly diverse team in delivering an exceptional curated guest, client, and colleague experience by coordinating, partnering, and collaborating with all service streams (Meeting & Event Management, Reservations Catering, Meetings, Transportation, Facilities, HPE Site Council, and Guest Reception), ensuring timely execution and evolving experience of all workplace touchpoints.






People Management


  • To influence, inspire, and develop a highly diverse team delivering an exceptional curated guest, client, and colleague experience that reflects positively upon both the stakeholder and company.


Community & Events


  • Support the framework for the campus curated experience strategy set by the HPE site Council, EBC, and ISS Facility Manager
  • Project manage key initiatives related to enhancing community experience, creating operating efficiencies, and/or incremental revenue streams
  • Liaise with event team as needed for support of large scale campus and VIP customer events
  • Work with internal and external marketing and communication teams to produce high quality products to advertise and market upcoming campus events and services
  • Drive client experience standards by supporting and sustaining operational excellence, ensuring execution and compliance of contractual deliverables
  • Integrate into the HPE culture, ensuring alignment to the company’s vision and values
  • Engage and partner with the local community to enrich the company culture and citizenship initiatives

Business Development

  • Lead tours for guests of ISS/HPE
  • Engage in the larger community of the market by attending events and networking with local groups and business organizations
  • Maintain relationships with guests, customers, vendors as set by ISS, and HPE GRE Manager
  • Create and sustain long term alliances with our business partners
  • Identify, negotiate, and lead new business opportunities to enhance the company initiatives in delivering the curated experience
  • Review campus curated experiences and present new business opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track and report all workplace experience events for client Quarterly Business Reports

Building Management

  • Support the Campus team in daily operations and ad-hoc requests

Hospitality – Food & Beverage

  • Employee training and development to include but not limited to food quality and presentation, food safety, safety, and customer service
  • Superior interpersonal skills leading your staff to the highest standard of company
  • Knowledge and implementation of local, state, and federal labor law regulations
  • Effective communication with employees, customers, and all levels of management in the company while delivering superior customer service









  • Bachelor's degree (marketing or business preferred) or the equivalent of five years of work experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of five years of customer service experience in dealing with Blue Chip/High Touch clients, preferably B2B
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management

  • Work up to eight hours per day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
  • Work is performed in a campus office setting. This is not a “work from home” position
