The Job Role as Senior Dynamics Software Developer:

Your role will be focused on maintaining and improving the platform, building new features, and exploring AI opportunities from our data. On the roadmap is also a challenging Master Data Project as well as integrations with other key systems at ISS such as SharePoint and ERP.

Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and requirements and your ability to turn these into technology solutions will be the key to succeed in this role. This skill will also allow you to grow your own technical expertise within the Dynamics365 Sales ecosystem.

As senior software developer for Dynamics365 you will be part of a team that manages the full lifecycle of the application. From initial development through to release and provisioning. Additionally, you will receive support and consulting from business and, other development teams. You will have our dedicated Architecture support to ensure successful implementation and integration of new features.

What will you do:

• Develop, Maintain, and implement new functionalities for Dynamics365 Sales.
• Explore AI services and how they can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem to create value for our users.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure all new features meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities.
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all development stages.
• Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Qualifications for the Job:

• Passion for Tech AND people.
• Dynamics 365 (Sales):
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, preferably the Sales or similar modules, such as Dynamics 365 Customer/Field Service, Marketing, or Finance. Knowledge and understanding of customizations in Dynamics365, including advanced customizations like developing plugins, scripts, CustomAPIs, etc.
  • Understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and how it can be used in the Dynamics365 ecosystem.
• Azure:
  • Experience with Azure, particularly in solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and other cloud services in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Programming:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, and JavaScript
  • Experience with TypeScript is plus
• Good communications skills in English both written and verbal
• Openminded & adaptable with a proactive approach to solve problems
• Strong and self-driven in identifying needs and opportunities for innovation and business value creation.
• DevOps and Pipelines (plus)
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including version management, automated deployments, and quality control.
  • knowledge of Agile, Scrum, software delivery cycle.
