Main Purpose of the Position:
As the SuccessFactors Recruitment Lead, you will lead and oversee the operational support, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Recruitment Marketing (RMK) modules across global regions.
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes within the talent acquisition lifecycle, including ticket resolution, release management, system enhancements, and alignment with global HR strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a deep functional understanding of the Recruiting suite, combined with leadership experience in managing global teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Design, Implementation & Support:
- Provide expert-level support for the ongoing operation of the Recruiting, Onboarding, and RMK modules, ensuring consistent system performance and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and prioritize global support tickets aligned with SLAs and business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to implement system enhancements and support global rollouts.
- Support data consistency, integration points, and reporting needs across recruitment-related modules.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of SuccessFactors specialists supporting the Recruiting suite.
- Promote team collaboration and continuous learning to handle evolving system requirements and regional hiring needs.
- Ensure effective resource planning and knowledge sharing across the team.
Process Improvements & Best Practices:
- Identify and implement improvements across recruiting workflows, candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and onboarding efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of global and regional processes with industry best practices and internal policies.
- Work with the business to drive adoption of digital recruitment and onboarding experiences through SF Recruiting and RMK.
Release & Testing Management:
- Review and assess SuccessFactors Half Yearly releases for Recruiting, Onboarding, and RMK modules.
- Lead testing efforts and coordinate with impacted teams to validate system updates and new features.
- Minimize disruption by managing regression testing and communication of release impacts.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, process flows, and training materials.
- Contribute to building a centralized knowledge base to support efficient issue resolution and onboarding of new team members.
Professional Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Recruitment Marketing (RMK).
- Proven success in global deployments, operational support, and process optimization in the talent acquisition domain.
- Experience supporting integrated recruitment processes including job posting, candidate selection, offer management, preboarding, and onboarding.
Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or RMK is preferred.
Technical Skills & Personal Qualifications:
- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is preferable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, WebEx, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
