The Job Role as Integration Business Analyst:

The Integration Business Analyst supports global and country integration initiatives on the Global Integration Platform (GIP). The role focuses on business analysis, solution design, coordination with countries and project managers, and controlled delivery of integration services, acting as the link between business demand and technical implementation.

What will you do:

• Gather, structure, and document integration requirements from countries, business stakeholders, and project managers.
• Translate business needs into clear integration scopes and solution concepts aligned with GIP standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and architects to ensure shared understanding of scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with platform, security, and architectural guidelines.
• Prepare effort estimates and cost quotations for integration design, development, and operation
• Track scope changes and support delivery control to ensure integrations are delivered as agreed (scope, cost, quality).
• Ensure required documentation and handover artifacts are in place for operations.

Key qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis within IT or integration related environments
• Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and interfaces
• Experience working in international, multi stakeholder project setups
• Ability to create clear estimates, quotes, and structured documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams
