The Job Role as Fullstack Developer:

This full-stack developer position focuses on crafting comprehensive web applications utilizing Node.js, React, and TypeScript. You'll be responsible for expanding our software functionalities, maintaining existing systems, and actively driving continuous improvement. Your key contributions will encompass:

• Building new features and refining existing ones, prioritizing code maintainability and exceptional quality.
• Collaborating on the design and implementation of novel components and services, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Staying current on cutting-edge code practices and effortlessly incorporating them into your daily work.
• Taking initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, ultimately aiming to elevate user satisfaction for both internal and external audiences.

This position requires a passionate full-stack developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code. Additionally, you'll be expected to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies within the web development landscape.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new features, and address maintenance and continuous improvement of existing software with a strong focus on maintainability and quality.
• Engage in conversations regarding the creation of fresh components and services that seamlessly blend with both internal and external services, overseeing their execution.
• Actively contribute to the documentation of codebase architecture, design decisions, and best practices, ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared and maintained within the team.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the development team.

Who you’ll work with:

• Software development team: You'll collaborate closely with other developers to share knowledge, tackle challenges together, and ensure code consistency and quality.
• Product ownders and designers: You'll work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure the final product meets expectations.
• QA engineers: You'll work with QA testers to identify and fix bugs, ensuring software functionality and user experience are optimized.
• DevOps engineers: You'll collaborate with DevOps engineers to streamline the software development lifecycle, including deployment, automation, and infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Node.js back-end developer.

• Good experience in Node.js development with demonstrated experience in building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Good experience in frontend development using React, with a focus on creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Good to have knowledge and implementation experience with key technologies in your stack, including Redis for caching and Azure services like Event Hub for event-driven architectures.
• Excellent problem solving skills, a collaborative mindset and effectively communicates within a multifunctional team environment.
• Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Docker.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Azure cloud services (common services).
• Good expierience in JavaScript & Typescript.
• Experience with teamworking, preferably Scrum.
• Familiar in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB & Redis, GraphQL.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
