- Maintain and evolve existing Power BI semantic models and supporting data structures in the SQL layer, and contribute to the development of new models based on changes in Dynamics 365 Sales and requirements from the Commercial Analytics team.
- Administer CRM Power BI workspaces and deployment pipelines, maintain and support the analytics security model, and assist with the controlled release of BI changes.
- Maintain CRM BI technical and operational documentation and contribute to continuous improvement and future architecture modernisation.
- Contribute to new CRM initiatives by supporting technical analysis, solution development, testing, documentation and release activities, working closely with the Product Owner, Principal CRM Developer and relevant business and technical stakeholders.
- Support the Principal CRM Developer with the configuration, development, testing, deployment and troubleshooting of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform solutions required for daily operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Group functions and countries to clarify data and reporting requirements, resolve technical issues and support recurring reporting exercises.
