Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:

As a second-level application support specialist, your role will involve providing assistance to our organisation and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications. You’ll be integral to our expanding global team, collaborating with colleagues based in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Jakarta, and Porto. Your primary focus will be directly addressing technical issues and service requests related to ISS Applications for your colleagues worldwide.

 

What you’ll do:

  • 1st and 2nd line support on our applications
  • Continuous improvement of processes and tools
  • Log, research, and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform

 

Who you’ll work with:

  • You will collaborate with our global application support colleagues from various locations worldwide.
  • You will collaborate and support our in-house development team.
  • You will support our placemakers around the world.
     

Key qualifications:

  • Strong Windows, IOS and Android operating systems knowledge
  • Proficiency in JIRA or other ticketing systems is a must.
  • Proven experience in software support or a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Background in software development, programming or scripting languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus

  • Showcasing logical reasoning, critical thinking, and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excel in communication, with a knack for simplifying technical concepts to make it easily understandable for non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Proficient in English
