Main purpose of the position
We are searching for Digital Workplace operations specialists with hands on experience of Windows client management to join our Level 2 Digital Workplace operations team. You will join support organization based out of different ISS countries. In this role you will provide 2nd level support to ISS global end point services. Services cover wide technical scope, but you are not expected to be experienced in all listed below areas.
What you’ll do:
Service requests fulfillment and incidents resolution in the following endpoint management areas:
- Mobile Device & Software Management (Intune) – Windows, iOS, Android
- Application management, scripting (Powershell), client and configuration policy management
- Troubleshoot and resolve out of the ordinary technical problems and challenges (Autopilot client logs and package installation logs)
- Azure Virtual Desktop – full stack maintenance and support
- Contribution to Knowledge base development (develop and maintain repeatable processes documents that govern the configuration, administration and maintenance, best practices, SOPs)
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction and SLA adherence
Who you’ll work with:
- Collaboration with various stakeholders within the IT landscape (AD team, Network team, Security team etc.) and close collaboration with Level 3 engineering team
Key qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience with listed below technologies:
- Application Management (MS Intune, SCCM, PSADT)
- Endpoint Management (MS Intune, M365, GPO, BitLocker, KMS, AD/Entra ID, LAPS, PS)
- Comes with solid/strong knowledge within Windows 10/11 OS (macOS – nice to have)
- Familiarity with at least one of the VDI technologies:
Azure Vitrual Desktop, Citrix, Omnissa Horizon (former VMware Horizon)
- Experienced in working with ITIL processes (ITSM platforms like Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Certifications relevant within the area of responsibility for the position are a plus.
Personal skills you excel:
- Communicative English, both written and oral
- Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail (motivated to learn new technology)
- Good communication skills
- On a personal level you can work independently and stay organized when assigned multiple tasks.
