Main purpose of the position:
The Project Admin Lead plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of a global social progress project which aims to implement a living wage and education programme for frontline workers. The role involves managing administrative tasks, developing influential collateral to promote the business benefits of the project and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
What you’ll do:
Project co-ordination
- Oversee and manage administrative aspects of the social progress project
- Organise and maintain project documentation, reports and records.
Communication & collaboration
- Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes
- Maintain and enhance collateral for the social progress campaign portal
Process improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for project administration
Compliance and reporting
- Ensure project adheres to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Social Progress Programme Leader. The scope of your work is across the ISS global enterpirse where you will work with country leaders from the business.
Key qualifications:
- 2+ years in an administration role, preferred experience in administrating projects or as an executive assistant.
- Proven track record of organising and managing administrative tasks preferably in a project environment
- Skilled in facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Proficient in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate the project, strategy.
- Microsoft Power BI certification or an interest in developing competency.
