Main purpose of the position:
The Regional Engineering Data Centres Lead will be responsible and accountable for all engineering delivery services and will have a regional responsibility for the strategy , operations and maintenance across the Data Centre environments. Providing assurance to both ISS and the Client that all operational and compliance activity is delivered.
This role within the Global Technical Services team will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of Data Centre Operations including energy efficiency management measures, through both in-house teams and contracted providers. The role will contribute to ongoing development of technical solutions across the Regional Data Centre environments with operational responsibility for all aspects of operational risk, maintenance, operations, and the implementation of strategic maintenance models.
This role will have overall responsibility for managing Operations and Maintenance of Data Centres within Region with the key purpose to provide resilient, safe and reliable working environments that support critical business operations.

- Supplier management – ensuring all are competent and onboarded
- Portfolio management – drive consistency and a high level of service
- Capital investment – consistent approach to project management
- People management – providet technical leadership. Expertise and coaching

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Building Services Engineering related field.
- Min 5-year relevant working experience in Data Centres / Critical Operations with at least 3 years in a senior management position.
- Excellent knowledge of risk management model approaches and frameworks within a banking environment
- Specific knowledge of current legislation and mandatory standards relating to safe working practices.
- High standard of Engineering knowledge and experience, particularly major complex buildings
- Technical/specialist knowledge in Engineering Management, operating at a senior technical level within an organisation with a significant property portfolio.
- Qualified to a Chartered member of a relevant professional institution.

- Excellent technical capabilities with a proven track record In critical environments
