ISS is looking for a highly service-minded, positive, and outgoing Service Manager to lead our Reception Team and Support Team at a high-end client location. Together, we are one team with a shared mission: providing outstanding service and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire site.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the reception and support teams
- Ensuring a high level of professional service for our client, their guests, and customers
- Coordinating tasks and schedules across teams to maintain seamless service delivery
The reception is the first point of contact, making your role crucial to the overall service experience. Our support team ensures the building runs at its best, creating an optimal environment for all employees to thrive.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of receptionists and support staff
- Scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, and performance reviews
- Supporting colleagues and ensuring flexibility in handling both large and small tasks
- Maintaining an overview during busy periods and ensuring service excellence
What we expect from you:
- Leadership experience and a passion for service
- Ability to maintain an overview and contribute to a team
- Self-motivated to take ownership and work independently
- Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and cheerful
- Skilled in Danish and English (Nordic language understanding is a plus)
- Experience with Outlook is an advantage
What we offer
Your employment with ISS will be a centrally located client site in Copenhagen. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team of employees across various service lines. At ISS there is a modern, open culture with a healthy balance between formal and informal tone.
This position will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 07.00 and 17.00 (occasionally staying later for events when needed).
