About the Role
As a Floor Host, your main task will be to ensure a great experience for employees in the building. You will proactively move through the building with a friendly smile, offering service-minded support to anyone who needs assistance. You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, from maintaining presentable and well-stocked areas to ensuring AV equipment is ready for use. In addition, you will assist in the café for a couple of hours during busy periods, so flexibility and a willingness to help across functions are essential.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presentable
- Providing technical support for AV equipment
- Cleaning and refilling coffee machines
- Walking through the building to ensure all areas are presentable and reporting any issues
- Assisting in the café during peak periods
About You:
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is proactive and takes ownership
- Has a strong sense of good service, is smiling and welcoming
- Is comfortable checking AV equipment
- Is flexible and ready to help where needed
- Can communicate in English
- Can provide a criminal record upon employment
What We Offer
We offer a temporary position for 2–3 months with an immediate start. You will become part of a team who supports each other across functions and creates a workplace focused on quality, collaboration, and development.
The position is 37 hours per week, with working hours from 08.00-16.00. The workplace is located in Copenhagen S, and you will experience a dynamic workday where you can make a difference for both colleagues and customers.
You will join a Floor Host team that together delivers the high standards and quality expected by ISS. We also have several other teams such as reception, café, cleaning, canteen, technical services, and floor hosts, but we operate as one team. Therefore, we expect everyone to help each other across functions and to collaborate well with colleagues.
