Main purpose of the position;
Regional Director role in LATAM is taking full leadership of all accountabilities in ISS entity countries including leadership of people and financial resources to maintain budgetary control and profitability in Global Managed Services (GMS) countries in the region.
What you’ll do:
- Taking full leadership of all accountabilities in ISS entity countries including leadership of people and financial resources to maintain budgetary control and profitability in Non-Presence countries (P/L).
- Ensuring that the Supply Partners in each ISS GMS Country are structured correctly with the necessary support functions, competencies, processes, procedure and tools to deliver on the promise to the customer
- Focus on the compliance, risk and assurance agenda to ensure continued compliance with customer and ISS partner obligations and minimizing ISS risk
- Deployment of ISS minimum requirements including ISS tools and training
- Oversight of recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and retention of employees supporting LATAM region.
- Proactively monitor and review the performance of Supply Partner organizations, in regard to customer & ISS requirements, communication, defined SLAs/KPIs and establish corrective measures as required.
- Work with GSCP on sourcing new partners
- Work with Group Legal on Contractual matters
- Drive continuous improvement programs to re-design and challenge, rethink and redesign operational business practices as needed to achieve efficiencies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration involving alignment, decisions, identification of issues and solutions regarding core business processes and operations.
- Supporting Global Key Account Teams in customer facing programmes as required
- Drive continuous stakeholder management to ensure that both external and internal (Group/regions/countries/sites) stakeholders are all aligned on the customer promise with the account development plan as focal point.

Key qualifications:
- Min. 7-10 years of experience with leading (leaders), in Facility Management business (operations and commercial background required)
- Experience working in a large organisation with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needs
- Excellent customer management skills
- Good understanding of commercial and negotiation skills /political navigation within a very fine line
