The main tasks will evolve around transition management – overall planning and coordination of the required resources for service transitions.
What you will do:
- Transition Planning & Execution – Plan, execute and coordinate ISS process transitions across multiple functions and global locations.
- Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Ensure all transition tollgates have been met and operations are stabilized before transition ends.
- Actively contribute to the creation of internal ISS transition methodology
- Participate in workshops with executive leadership to develop transition scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets.
- Document and report transition progress.
- Create reports and presentations to keep executive leadership up to date on transition schedule, budget, and status.
- Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to collect status and discuss issues.
- Liaise With Transformation Office - Ensure staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute transition.
- Liaise with People & Culture on staffing impacts and technology and facilities for infrastructure and access set-up.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage & Resolve transition issues - spot any transition-related issues and risks and propose effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
- Propose recommendations for any requests for transition changes to Transition Lead.
Professional skills you possess:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with at least part of that time working in a global shared service organization.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading large scale, high visibility business process transitions.
- Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
- Experience managing projects/teams across various global locations.
- International experience required, with and proficient level of English is a must.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
