Main purpose of the position:
To our newly established Global Finance Service Centre based in Gdańsk, we are looking for an experienced RTR Associate who will provide front office transactional RTR services to the business. The role focuses on processing journal entries and cost allocations, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting access control in NAV@ISS. The RTR Associate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger by facilitating high-quality month-end close activities and conducting accounting quality assurance. The position also involves handling post-close queries and promoting best practices in financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
What you will do:
- Journal Entries: Process standard and recurring journal entries in accordance with accounting policies
- Cost Allocations: Execute cost allocation entries based on predefined rules and schedules
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Month-End Close: Conduct accounting quality assurance checks during month-end close activities
- Access Control: Manage user access rights in NAV@ISS system, ensuring compliance with internal controls
Who you will work with:

Professional skills you possess/Perfect expectations:
- A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
- 2+ years RTR experience
- Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English-speaking clients
- Prior experience of working with an outsourced Finance Shared Service Centre is preferable but not mandatory

- Be a team player, with a problem-solving attitude, and high interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic international work environment
- Desire to improve and learn new things
- Additional foreign language
