Main purpose of the position:
As a PTP Team Lead you will become a part of our ISS Finance Service Center office located in Gdańsk. You will lead a team of up to 15 accounting professionals, that fully reconcile and cleanse accounts as per the Supplier Statement Rec (SSR) Policy, take ownership of assigned supplier accounts including the critical ones, re-educate Internal/external stakeholders on invoice compliance to drive right first-time invoice submission across multiple sub systems, respond to Supplier and business PTP queries daily using the ISS query portal (Jira) and clear supplier accounts in NAV system.
This team operates as an integral part of the wider PTP team and interfaces with a variety of stakeholders with opportunities to further grow the delivery footprint.
What will you do:
- Provide team leadership & direction to a team of 15 PTP Associates
- Ensure delivery of activity mentioned above in the job purpose in line with ISS Policy, tax requirements and agreed SLA’s
- Work cross functionally to drive best practice throughout the end-to-end PTP process
- Produce operational and root cause reporting and provide recommendations to drive best practice
- Establish relationships with the wider Finance Community to enhance service and customer relationships
- Manage the review and maintenance of SOP’s and version controls to ensure that they are fully aligned to processes
- Work with the Reporting and Compliance Lead/ISS Controls Team to ensure control & compliance within process area and across the PTP Controls framework
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Participate as required as a team member in other special projects
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required
Who will you work with:
- Business stakeholders, FSC Gdańsk, Procurement, Leaders, Project Managers, and Associates
Professional skills you possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PTP area with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable
- Good level of IT skills including intermediate / advanced MS Excel
