Main purpose of the position

As a PTP Team Lead in Transactional Processing team the candidate will become a part of our newly established ISS Finance Service Center office located in Gdańsk. They will lead a team of up to 15 accounting professionals, with accountability for the delivery of core transactional processing for supplier invoices/credit notes and Employee expense claims across multiple source systems and the main ERP accounting system (Navision).

This team operates as an integral part of the wider PTP team and interfaces with a variety of stakeholders with opportunities to further grow the delivery footprint.

What you will do:

• Lead and guide a team of up to 15 PTP Associates, ensuring delivery of transactional activities in line with ISS Policy, tax requirements, and SLA's.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive best practices throughout the end-to-end PTP process.
• Generate operational and root cause reporting, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
• Build relationships with the wider Finance Community to enhance service and customer relationships.
• Support the GSS Onshore Head of PTP as required.
• Manage the review and maintenance of SOP's to ensure alignment with processes.
• Ensure control and compliance within the process area and across the PTP Controls framework.
• Support internal and external audit requests and participate in special projects as needed.

Professional skills you possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PTP area, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and conversational).
• Experience in a similar role within a multi-site business is desirable.
• Good level of IT skills, including intermediate/advanced MS Excel.
