Main purpose of the position:
As a PTP Subject Matter Expert the candidate will become a part of our ISS Finance Service Center office located in Gdańsk. They will support the team of PTP accounting professionals responsible for processing invoices via Coupa and handling internal queries via generic mailbox. The SME will be responsible for ensuring that the daily priorities are aligned with the agreed SLA, so that the invoices are processed in timely manner and in accordance with the ISS Policies. They will perform the quality check on the work performed by the team and coordinate actions for any corrections and trainings needed. They will support difficult cases and escalations handling in cooperation with the Team Lead. They will participate and lead calls with the Stakeholders, supervise the month end activities and provide support to the users, senior management and Suppliers.
What you will do:
- Control and Support of day-to-day operations in the area of PTP Processing
- Handle month-end activities (accruals, open PO, overdue items)
- Prepare payment files
- Handle escalations in cooperation with the Team Lead
- Work with Team Lead and other teams to deliver continuous improvement and support initiatives to maintain the integrity of the systems
- Provide relevant reporting and KPI statistics to the management
- Lead meetings with the Stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve invoice related issues and queries
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Participate as required as a team member in other special projects
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required
Who you will work with:
- Transactional Processing team of 13 professionals.
- Close collaboration with “in-Territory” Finance and Gdańsk FSC.
Professional skills you possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance area;
- Good understanding of PTP / Accounts Payable end-to-end process;
- Excellent English communication skills (min. B2 level);
- Experience of working with Coupa/Navision would be advantageous but not essential;
- Experience in coordination of the team/project would be advantageous.
