Main purpose of the position: 

Become part of our new ISS Finance Service Center office in Gdańsk. We are planning to expand massively within upcoming couple months, that’s why we encourage you to apply.

We will give you the opportunity to develop in the selected area of Purchase to Pay, such as Transaction Processing, Cash & Payment, Account Management. 

As ISS Finance Service Center, we provide Finance & Accounting services to European countries. Core services include cover Accounting (R2R), Customer billing, banking & reporting (O2C) and Accounts Payables activities (P2P). ISS FSC is on an exciting journey to expand the offer of provided services along with a wider scope of PTP activities.  

What will you do:

• Invoice Processing
• Match invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) and resolve mismatches.
• Resolve Coupa pending approval invoices by validating missing information and routing for further approval if needed.
• Send supplier reminders and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and respond to queries using templates.
• Handle emails from stakeholders about corrections, missing information, and invoice setup issues.
• Prepare payment proposals for ISS service lines using Navision.
• Manage vendor master data modifications in Coupa and align with external files.
• Process manual or urgent payments for suppliers in Navision.
• Conduct final checks of approved invoices and address integration errors in Navision.
• Review and resolve Coupa rejected or disputed invoices by voiding or reprocessing them.
• Investigate and resolve invoices rejected by ISS operations.
• Address Coupa purchase invoice errors and complete month-end activities.
• Manage Airplus virtual credit card processes.
• Fix incorrect billing strings and align with Finance Operations.

• Suppliers, business stakeholders, PTP Managers, Leaders, Project Managers, and Associates  

Professional skills you possess:

• A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance area
• Good understanding of PTP / Accounts Payable area.
• Experience of working with Coupa/Saffron/Maximo/Navision would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience in coordination of the team/project would be advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English-speaking clients
