Main purpose of the position:

The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate processing of supplier invoices across assigned Operating Units. The role is responsible for validating invoices, resolving discrepancies, handling queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders from Sweden, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and payment terms. It also supports supplier reconciliation activities, payments preparation and KPI adherence. A key expectation is maintaining accuracy, timely follow-up on outstanding items, and always ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.  

What will you do:

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily operational tasks including invoice processing, payment preparation, supplier reconciliation activities and query resolution.
  • Provide professional and efficient mailbox handling, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders and proper prioritization of requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process clarity and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Swedento ensure smooth collaboration and process alignment. 
  • Use of up-to-date SOPs. Flagging unclear points and contributing to process documentation improvements. Supporting teamwork and stability by acting as a backup when needed.
  • Support identification and escalation of compliance risks or recurring issues.
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Participate as required as a team member in other special projects.
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties, as and when required

Professional skills you possess:

  • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English (min. B2 level) in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal stakeholders 
  • Bachelor’s degree or student of economics, finance, accounting, or related field (preferred)  
  • 1+ years of experience in Accounting (Shared Service Centre environment) is desirable
  • Solid knowledge within MS Office (Excel, Word, Internet tools) 
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment
