Main purpose of the position
As a PTP Associate you will play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and complete processing of supplier invoices – from receipt and entry into the system to payment and archiving. You will support the continuous improvement of processes and collaborate closely with procurement and other internal stakeholders.
What will you do:
- Creating and updating supplier master data
- Responding to supplier and employee inquiries
- Planning and executing bulk and individual payments
- Investigating unidentified supplier payments+Reconciling open item lists
- Analyzing workflow data
- Managing dunning processes (written and telephone communication)
- Supporting the accounting department
Who you will work with:
- Finance & Administration team
- Procurement and operational departments
- Internal stakeholders across ISS
Professional skills you possess:
- Previous experience in finance and/or administrative roles
- Good understanding of PTP / Accounts Payable end-to-end process
- Excellent English communication skills (min. B2 level)
- Excellent German communication skills (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage, but is not required
- ERP system experience (e.g., order processing, accounts payable/receivable)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
