Main purpose of the position:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a OtC Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our OtC processes, focusing on customer set up and maintenance, cash application, and cash collections. The OTC SME will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial data management, driving process improvements, and providing mentorship to junior team. Your area of responsibilities will be in particular correct and timely invoicing setup and thus minimizing the amount of credit notes issued. Thereby securing timely payment and a low accounts receivable overdue.

What you will do:
- Independently execute and prioritize monthly tasks, identifying errors and inconveniences and resolving them promptly.
- Set and achieve own goals, with a focus on improving the Order to cash (OtC) area and minimizing credit note issuing.
- Take responsibility for correct accounting related to property management operations and ensure timely pass-through invoicing to customers.
- Prepare accounting documents such as credit notes and invoices, ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Generate detailed analytical reports and perform monthly financial reconciliations
- To perform root cause analysis where issues are found at the end of the process
- Support Senior SME in internal and external audit requests
- Participate as required as a team member in other special projects
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties, as and when required
Professional skills you possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OtC: Order to Invoice (Ot2), Invoice to Cash (ItC), Shared service center (SSC) experience being a plus.
- End-to-End process understanding, including billing setup, bookkeeping, accounting documents, reconciliations, troubleshooting, testing, and specification of new solutions.
- Excellent accounting understanding with solid knowledge of OtC processes, data and system logic.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas, analysis and basic VBA
- SAP understanding or similar ERP experience.
- Fluent in English.
