Main purpose of the position:
In this position, you will be responsible for the allocation of funds. It is the process of allocating money to specific accounts to achieve financial goals to ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the immediate and short-term obligations of our organization. In this process, it is also important to maintain constant contact with our suppliers and prepare data for reports on these activities.
What you will do:
- Handle requests from business units for data uploads or invoice adjustments, validating inputs and ensuring proper action in NAV.
- Manage attachment creation and linking in Basware/WinSCP for invoices, ensuring timely completion and forwarding to FO.
- Upload and process import files in NAV, creating invoices and feedback reports, and ensuring proper communication with FO.
- Maintain and update import files for unique customers, engaging in dialogue with business units.
- Handle external customer inquiries regarding invoices, liaising with business units and CTS (FSC) as necessary to provide timely support.
- Engage in dialogue with customers and debt collection agencies to address outstanding payments and disputes.
- Ensure accurate cash application, posting cash transactions to appropriate customer accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly tasks, including the accurate posting of sales reports and reconciliations.
- Allocate cash and credit notes accurately, promptly addressing any related customer inquiries.
- Generate and distribute account statements and invoice specifications with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in managing payment reminders and account reconciliations as necessary.
- Handle customer and supplier requests via email and phone, ensuring professional communication and resolution.

Professional skills you possess/Perfect expectations:
- A university degree, preferably in finance and accounting, or the last year of studies
- Prior experience in Customer Set up and Maintenance, Cash Application, or Cash Collections, including internships.
- General knowledge of OTC processes
- Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, allowing for easy communication with external and internal English-speaking clients

- Ability to work in a dynamic international work environment
- Desire to improve and learn new things
- Additional foreign language
