Main purpose of the position:

As Junior P&C Business Partner  you will play a key role in the delivery of effective and efficient services to our leaders and employees in ISS Group Functions. We have 4 main Group locations in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Gdansk, and Porto as well as colleagues in our regions.
 

You will join the team People & Culture, Group Functions which is a part of our Global P&C organization. We support approximately 900 Group employees in global functions such as Finance, IT, Commercial, Legal and many other. In each of the functions we have colleagues in a variety of positions at both executive and senior level as well as key operational roles.
 

Your primary focus will be to execute on a broad variety of tasks within the people experience alongside with a team of P&C Generalists who work closely with P&C Business Partner, specialists from P&C centers of excellence and business leaders.

We will rely on you to perform the many activities related to hiring, onboarding, offboarding processes e.g., supporting onboarding process, update systems in case of changes to the organizational structure and reporting lines, supporting employer branding activities, providing coaching, supporting employee engagement and retention activities, supporting internal communication and development activities, keeping cores processes like exit interview going and make sure the data flows to relevant recipients.
 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Be 1st line support for our customers (candidates, employees, and managers) to answer questions or requests related to policies, benefits, processes, or systems.
  • Act as trusted advisor for leaders to ensure the right capabilities and culture in our teams. As business partner you secure professional deployment of key ISS P&C concepts and processes from P&C Centers of excellence on the site, and you deliver relevant team development activities
  • Act as an expert of labor law and social security regulations and provide advice in individual case handling.
  • Provide P&C systems user support.
  • Support managers in providing hiring proposals for our REMCO committees and drive the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers and our Group Talent Acquisition Team in Warsaw.
  • Work closely with Group Talent Acquisition team on Employer Branding initiatives.
  • You will take part in change management and continuous improvement initiatives, propose solutions from HR perspective.
  • Tracking and implementing performance and talent reviews to be in line with company objectives.
  • Monitoring periodically and proactively engage on HR topics affecting employee satisfaction, motivation, succession planning and professional development.
  • Ensure employees receive core management/relevant trainings and support where required and according to their professional goals.

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR/P&C Business Partnering in international company, SSC
  • Good knowledge of the polish labor law regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with HR Systems, i.e. Success Factors, Workday or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially good knowledge of Excell)
  • Being structured, diligent, productive, well-organized and enthusiastic person
  • Experience in enhancing various processes according to internal stakeholders needs (nice to have)
