Main purpose of the position:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Business Controller to take on a key role supporting our Large Banking-client contract. This is a central position for a strong finance professional who thrives in a complex business environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will contribute to the management and optimization of financial processes, provide transparent and high‑quality insights, and support decision‑making in a large and data‑intensive setup. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders at both customer locations and ISS Denmark’s head office in Copenhagen, including travel as required.
What you’ll do:
- Work in a structured and analytical manner across complex financial and business processes
- Manage multiple parallel tasks and ad hoc requests effectively
- Drive continuous process optimization and improvements
- Critically assess data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Act as a trusted partner in stakeholder management across the contract
- Demonstrate flexibility during periods of high workload, such as invoicing cycles and urgent financial tasks
- Operate independently with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
- Create clarity and insight within large and complex data sets
Key qualifications:

Personal skills you excel:
- Are an advanced user of the Microsoft 365 Office suite
- Have experience with SAP (considered an advantage)
- Have knowledge of OneStream (considered an advantage)
- Are comfortable with travel to customer sites and ISS Denmark’s head office
