The position

 

We are seeking a new Site Lead for our unique data center environment in Fredericia. The ISS Project Unit is part of Property Services, which is one of ISS’ largest business units measured by revenue. We provide specialized services for the development of our clients' critical work environments. The quality of our service is ensured through the company's strong "know-how," which covers the entire life cycle of the property. Our internal collaboration enables our clients to implement comprehensive service management solutions in a flexible manner.


Your tasks will amongst others include:

 

  • Collaborate closely with both the project team and the client.
  • Manage and ensure project workplace safety on the construction site.
  • Responsible for implementing workplace safety culture, laws, decisions, and regulations on the construction site, thereby ensuring safe operations at the location.
  • Effectively and openly report to both the client and internally.
  • Professionally support the project team and anticipate needs with a positive attitude.
  • Participate in the continuous development of our client base and work towards our goals in a responsible, reliable, and professional manner.

 

The position is at our customer location in Fredericia which is a prominent financial institution. You must drive effective collaboration with clients and balance key stakeholder interests in a dynamic work environment which also offers flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.

 

 

About you

 

As our Site Lead, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:

 

  • Multiple years of experience in a managerial role of a project team.
  • Leadership style that is present, systematic, proactive, results-oriented, and meticulous.
  • Proficiency in legislation and general workplace safety regulations.
  • Expertise in using Google Workspace tools in your daily work.
  • Courage to confront and address issues and complaints.
  • Effective and transparent communication with multiple stakeholders in English.
  • Relevant education in occupational safety or technical field is a plus.
  • FISE certification/qualification and project management experience are considered advantageous.
