As Site Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and collaboration at a high-profile customer location in Fredericia. Your responsibilities
- Drive and maintain workplace safety on-site.
- Collaborate closely with the project team and client.
- Implement safety culture, laws, and regulations.
- Report effectively and transparently to stakeholders.
- Support the team and contribute to client development.
The position is at our customer location in Fredericia which is a prominent financial institution. You must drive effective collaboration with clients and balance key stakeholder interests in a dynamic work environment which also offers flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
About you
- Several years of experience leading project teams.
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented leadership style.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety legislation.
- Skilled in Google Workspace and fluent in English.
- Relevant education withing engineering and/or management is a plus.
