The position

We are seeking a new Project Manager for our unique data center environment. The ISS Project Unit is part of Property Services, which is one of ISS’ largest business units measured by revenue. We provide specialized services for the development of our clients' critical work environments. The quality of our service is ensured through the company's strong "know-how," which covers the entire life cycle of the property. Our internal collaboration enables our clients to implement comprehensive service management solutions in a flexible manner.


Your tasks will amongst others include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and managing property modification projects to ensure that the client's needs and specifications are met.
  • Monitoring repairs and maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of the property.
  • Financial management of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Operational management of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Preparation and coordination of project tenders, including evaluating bids and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.

 

The position is at our customer location in Fredericia which is a prominent, global technology company. You must drive effective collaboration with clients and balance key stakeholder interests in a dynamic work environment which also offers flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.

 

About you

As our Project Manager, we imagine that you possess a combination of the following competencies:

  • Solid experience in project management, preferably several years in the construction industry.
  • Technical background in electricity/automation is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including managing customer requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Clear and effective communication with many stakeholders, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools for effective collaboration and document management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make well-informed decisions.
  • Possess flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and drive continuous improvement.
