Are you our new Master Drawing Coordinator in Copenhagen
Danmark, DK, 9999
Application due: 28 august 2026
Are you structured, detail-oriented, and motivated by keeping technical information accurate and reliable? We are looking for a Master Drawing Coordinator to help maintain and develop the master drawing archive for a large Nordic site portfolio.
About the role
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that building drawings and related documentation are accurate, up to date, and easy to trust. You will work with clear processes, defined standards, and colleagues who depend on reliable drawing information to make good decisions.
You will coordinate drawing updates across 100+ sites, managing change requests from intake to publication. This includes reviewing submitted information, clarifying missing details, updating drawings where relevant, coordinating with stakeholders, checking quality, and ensuring approved versions are published and archived correctly.
About you
You enjoy working with structure, standards, and accuracy. You are comfortable handling detailed information, following processes, and keeping documentation under control. You do not need to be an AutoCAD expert from day one, but you should be willing to learn and interested in working with technical drawings and building information.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the master drawing archive as a reliable single source of truth
- Coordinate drawing change requests from intake and validation to update, approval, publication, and archiving
- Review incoming requests, identify missing information, and clarify details with relevant stakeholders
- Update drawings in AutoCAD where relevant, or coordinate updates with others
- Ensure drawing changes are reflected consistently in relevant systems and documentation
- Contribute to improved standards for drawing quality, naming, revision control, and archiving
What you can expect
You can expect a role with clear responsibilities, structured workflows, and documented standards, where you will have a mix of independent work and written coordination with colleagues and stakeholders. You will receive supportive onboarding, including an introduction to the portfolio, tools, and processes, and you will have the opportunity to build specialist knowledge in drawing management, AutoCAD, and information governance.
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- A strong attention to detail and a natural focus on accuracy and data quality
- The ability to read and understand architectural or technical drawings
- A structured working style and the ability to follow agreed standards and processes
- Good written communication skills and the confidence to clarify missing information
- An interest in technical documentation, drawing management, and continuous improvement
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with:
- AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or similar drawing and building information tools
- Technical documentation, asset data, or drawing archive management
- Change control, approvals, quality checks, or information governance
We do not expect you to meet every possible requirement. If you are structured, curious, and motivated by accurate information and well-managed documentation, we encourage you to apply.
What we offer
We offer a meaningful role where your work directly improves the quality and reliability of technical information, within a structured environment with clear processes, standards, and support. You will have the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in drawing management, AutoCAD, and building information governance, while benefiting from flexible working conditions, including work-from-home options where suitable. You will also be part of a collaborative workplace focused on quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Application process
Please submit your CV as part of your application; a short cover letter is optional.
