Main purpose of the position

You will be responsible for leading global brand and segment marketing campaigns, including strategy, messaging, content, integrated multichannel execution plan and performance reporting. Interlock with the segment and content teams to input into the global strategy, and drive content requirements whilst ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and lead the ISS Brand and Segment Content Strategy & Governance, including developing content heat-maps, priorities, targets, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Develop core ISS content, including core story and purpose, value propositions and narratives.
  • Set ISS content standards, including tone of voice, SEO guidelines, editorial, and production guidelines.
  • Define and embed single Source of Truth for content – establish single source of truth through common communications flow and channels with a clear content structure, ensuring the right content is available on relevant platforms and channels.
  • Lead editorial processes such as editorial calendar, meetings and content distribution to online channels and social media platforms.
  • Drive Global Marketing and Content Board, including sourcing stories and content from countries, ensuring brand alignment, and raising content quality globally.
  • Develop content for all customer-facing platforms and channels, including content for external stakeholders on core topic
  • Foster collaboration throughout the organisation, understanding the benefit and importance of strong functional and cross-market collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with law e.g., copyright and data protection.

 

Key qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience managing integrated B2B campaigns, brand management and activation strategy.
  • Proven experience in handling marketing content strategy and optimisation at a regional and global scale.
  • Understand the execution engine broadly – tactics, channels, how the engine activates content to support GTM needs.
  • Think differently to drive ideas, develop and produce creative campaign concepts.
  • You hold a degree within Marketing.

  • Ability to motivate change - a problem solver and process-oriented.
  • Great project management skills with attention to detail.
