Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:
Support the delivery of ISS FM solutions by capturing, refining, and translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements as part of a cross-functional team delivering digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program. You will strengthen internal business analysis capability, ensuring a well-defined and prioritized backlog, improving delivery flow to development teams, and supporting the evolution towards a DevOps-driven, CI/CD delivery model and future platform evolution towards the Real Estate and Facility Management module (MREF within MAS).
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate the capture and refinement of business needs, translating them into epics, features, and user stories
- Manage and maintain backlog artefacts in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring quality, clarity, and prioritization
- Support solution design and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Use structured modelling techniques (e.g., process flows, BPMN diagrams, data models, and system interaction diagrams) to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Apply modern analysis approaches (e.g., user journey mapping, service blueprints, and workflow visualisation) to ensure end-to-end understanding of business processes and system behaviour)
- Enable delivery flow by preparing well-defined inputs for development teams and supporting sprint planning and releases
- Drive communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and changes
- Analyse recurring issues and feedback to improve product backlog quality and support continuous improvement

- Product Owners and TRIRIGA development teams
- Business stakeholders and Business Owners across FM services
- Support teams contributing to demand and issue management
- Integration engineers and other technical teams for end-to-end requirement alignment
- Global stakeholders across ISS FM platform implementations
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Strong experience with backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, process mapping, workflow diagrams, or similar methodologies)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured user stories and functional specifications
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes
- Experience in Facility Management systems, namely Tririga (MREF is a plus)
