Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:
Design, implement, and manage integrations for the IBM TRIRIGA platform as part of a cross-functional team delivering smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program. You will establish and strengthen internal integration capabilities, ensuring scalable, reliable system-to-system connectivity, while working closely with the Global Integration Platform (GIP) team and supporting the evolution of the platform towards the Real Estate and Facility Management module (MREF within MAS).
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement TRIRIGA integrations using APIs, wrappers, and enterprise integration patterns (through the GIP)
- Own TRIRIGA integration demands end-to-end, ensuring consistent delivery across enhancements, projects, and operational support
- Coordinate and guide integration developers (internal and/or external) to ensure aligned, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with the GIP team to align integrations with platform standards, architecture, and best practices
- Contribute to integration design decisions, including API contracts, data mappings, and interface specifications
- Support DevOps practices by contributing to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and integration monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems, including incident and problem management
Who you’ll work with:
- TRIRIGA development team (developers, QA, Product Owner)
- Integration developers (internal and external, depending on demand)
- Global Integration Platform (GIP) team responsible for platform standards and runtime
- Technical architects and SMEs defining integration patterns and API strategy
- External system owners and stakeholders consuming TRIRIGA integrations
- Support teams involved in incident management and operational support
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Experience designing and implementing integration interfaces and data flows
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of TRIRIGA integration capabilities (OSLC, Web APIs, APIC, data exchange) or similar
- Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments
Personal skills you excel:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex system landscapes
- Ability to coordinate and guide contributors across teams
- Clear communication across application teams and platform teams
- Structured, quality-focused approach with strong ownership mindset
- Experience in Facility Management / Workplace Management systems (FMS/WMS), with exposure to MREF / MAS considered an advantage
