Main purpose of the position
ISS is looking for dynamic individuals in Category Management to drive Business value by transforming contract management into a proactive, strategic, and value-driven function.
What you’ll do:
- Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries by transitioning non-compliant cleaning spend to the global Solenis/Diversey agreement, maximizing rebate opportunities.
- Develop and execute country-level business cases for preferred supplier solutions, partnering with local Procurement and Operations teams to drive adoption.
- Support the Cleaning Category strategy through spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier performance tracking.
- Manage governance for the five-year global agreement, including KPI tracking, reporting, surveys, and Business Review Meeting (BRM) preparation.
- Support strategic ISS–supplier initiatives, including joint productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Provide ad hoc commercial and analytical support across the Group Cleaning portfolio.
Who you’ll work with:
- The ISS Digital Procurement team, collaborating to drive procurement excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
- Category Directors, partnering to develop and execute category strategies that deliver business value.
- The Global Cleaning Category team, working cross-functionally to align priorities, share best practices, and achieve strategic objectives.
- Strategic suppliers and external partners, fostering strong relationships to support innovation, performance, and sustainable value creation.
Key qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or commercial analysis within a global or multi-country environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Sievo, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven business cases and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Apply AI to enhance Power BI reporting, process analytics, and business communications, driving greater efficiency and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are considered an asset.
