Er du praktisk anlagt, serviceminded og kan lide en afvekslende hverdag? ISS søger en handyman til daglige drifts- og vedligeholdsopgaver hos en vigtig kunde i Aarhus, som vi har et langt og velfungerende samarbejde med.
Om jobbet
Du bliver en del af et stærkt team, der sikrer, at kundens bygninger fungerer optimalt. Vi er i alt ca. 20 ISS-kolleger, der leverer bygningsdrift, renhold, reception og frokost på højt niveau. Dine opgaver spænder bredt – fra småreparationer, opsætning af møbler til runderinger, værktøjseftersyn og mailhåndtering. Du vil også indhente tilbud fra samarbejdspartnere til større opgaver.
37 timer/uge, mandag-torsdag kl. 07.00–15.00, fredag kl. 07.00–14.30.
Start: Snarest muligt eller efter aftale.
Det vigtigste for at vi vælger dig
- Du er handy og løser praktiske opgaver med et smil
- Du har teknisk flair – gerne uddannet tømrer, elektriker el.lign. (men ikke et krav)
- Du er serviceminded, selvstændig og god til at prioritere
- Du har kørekort og kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk (kommunikationsniveau)
- Du er tryg ved PC og IT-systemer
Dine opgaver bliver:
- Småreparationer og montageopgaver
- Runderinger, affaldsindsamling og opsyn med bygningen
- Bordopsætning og mindre flytteopgaver
- Håndtering af indkomne opgaver og mails
- Koordinering med leverandører og kolleger
