The position

 

We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Sales Operations Specialist who is eager to make a real impact and help shape the future of our Commercial Excellence & Pricing team. As we continue on our exciting growth journey, this role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our Commercial Excellence Team — supporting sales excellence, driving performance, and ensuring that our teams are empowered with the right tools and insights to succeed.

 

 

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will become a trusted partner and a key enabler of data-driven decision-making. Your work will help us strengthen the way we execute sales, manage performance, and optimize our CRM platform, ensuring that our Commercial organization is equipped to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

You will work side by side with Commercial leadership, deploying processes, analytics, and systems that enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will be to:  

 

 

  • Lead the local Commercial operating system to foster a transparent and proactive performance culture.
  • Manage sales and bid processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee business rhythm activities including month-end closing, revenue forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Drive CRM adoption and training, partnering with leadership to maximize platform value.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across tools, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with and contribute to the Global Commercial Excellence team and Global CRM team, as well as participating in relevant local and global initiatives. As part of this you will own and land relevant global Sales Operations initiatives in the Danish Commercial organization.

We are looking for candidates who bring strengths such as:

 

 

  • A relevant academic background and strong commercial insight gained through hands-on experience in sales, operations, or business performance initiatives.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large, complex sales datasets across multiple systems using ETL processes and financial analytics to reveal trends, optimize performance, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • A commitment to data excellence, with a talent for transforming manual workflows into automated, optimized solutions that enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Proven mastery of CRM platforms - ideally Microsoft Dynamics - with the ability to harness data to identify opportunities and drive commercial results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and support the successful delivery of improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills, Power BI and insight into scaling Power Platform solutions.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
